"TechCavalry widens scope of free service"

NORTHAMPTON - The Northampton business TechCavalry Inc., which specializes in computer services for the small business and home user, is doubling its free services to nonprofit organizations.

Each month for the last three years TechCavalry has offered free services to different nonprofit organizations for on-site services.

Due to the popularity of that program and the growth of TechCavalry's team, the firm will now assist two nonprofit organizations monthly.

TechCavalry offers a range of services, including Mac and PC hardware and software installation and repair, operating system troubleshooting, and much more.

Co-founder Jef Sharp said the idea is to help others to get more accomplished, particularly nonprofit organizations, which have the same PC headaches as other businesses and home users.

TechCavalry will provide tune-ups, on-site assistance, consulting and training.

All nonprofit organizations are eligible for free services. To be selected, the organization needs to send an email to nonprofit@techcavalry.com. All technicians are certified, bonded and insured to provide the most reliable service in the area. Others can schedule service by calling 586-7070 or via email at customerservice@techcavalry.com
